Give Menu Band's off Tab page its own three-stop switch graphic master

The off (pointer) page fell through to the slider chart, so Tab looked like it cycled drum → dead slider → slider. It now draws a drum · slide · off switch parked on off, fades it out of the pointer's way, and re-shows the overlay when Tab leaves off. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
