dd: @dreamdealer entry point — thin alias sharing pp.mjs master

Mirrors the laer-klokken.mjs ↔ chat.mjs pattern: dd.mjs re-exports pp.mjs's lifecycle and overrides only meta(). Same /api/pp/* bridge + sub-whitelist; no logic duplicated. dreamdealer's sub still must be added to PP_ALLOWED_SUBS. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
