shop: drop custom draft-order endpoint; add help-tier variant script master

The help product now checks out natively via per-tier Shopify variants (sliding-scale-buy.liquid), so the lith-hosted shop-draft-order.mjs is dead code — removed. ac-shop/set-help-tiers.mjs configures the 6 price tiers ($25-$500) via the Admin API using vault creds (off-DO, runs during a DigitalOcean outage).
