macneopolitan: the band sings from Menu Band — per-line singer, karaoke captions, the face, dialogs, the ballad, and a simulator master

Menu Band grows a CSinger target (live/singer.c + WORLD, symlinked) and MenuBandSinger: a play payload carrying lyrics is split at / tokens, each line spoken by the member's cast voice, lifted onto the notes and scheduled on the host clock (the sample-clock path skipped lines after the idle pause; panic() no longer flushes the singer at every downbeat — the silent-voice bug of Sept 20). LyricCaption puts the sung line up in rock lettering, syllable lit on each onset. SingerFace fills the display with the member's color and a face whose jaw follows the singer node's RMS, mouth shaped by the syllable (Preston Blair set), on a display link with a 60 Hz timer fallback. The simulator: sim=i/n on a payload gives member i of n its own singer node (panned across the stage), a tile-sized face and caption at the bottom right — the whole band on one machine. trio.mjs --sim conducts every voice here; later the same scores spread back across neo, blueberry and blush. The lane: PIECE.md, compose.mjs (movements I–IV incl. the ballad, dialogs as 3/4 arias with the listener accompanying), trio.mjs (--via menuband, --reduce, --sim), register.mjs (measured voice registers), stems.mjs, members/dialogs.md (eight poems from the record, two new today: Before, Typed at), members/neo/ballad.md, voice casts neo=Noelle blueberry=Allison.
