Move the /api/version long-poll from prompt.mjs into disk.mjs module init so a fresh-build indicator survives piece transitions. Expose state at $commonApi.system.update; render a pulsing green ↑ at top-right via the HUD overlay pipeline, hitbox label "update-corner" → window.location.reload(). prompt.mjs now mirrors the shared state into its existing locals. Also: r8dio visualizer no longer falls back to synth sine bars (gated on cors:false so kpbj keeps its fallback), and the QR label reserves room below the QR so "prompt.ac/r8dio" stays on-screen.
