slab: add slab-close-window CLI master

Closes the terminal window that owns the calling tty — matched against both Terminal.app tabs and iTerm2 sessions, so it works in either host and correctly targets the calling pane rather than whatever's frontmost. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
