Spotify Canvases (1080×1920, 8 s, silent, seamless loops, chrome-free via pop/dance/bin/canvas-loop.mjs): · marimbaba — 4-panel lullaby arc, slow cadence · helpabeach — 5-panel clinic-visit arc, --breath 0.07 so each held panel visibly pulses (was reading static at default ±2.5% zoom) · trancenwaltz — fresh 8-second cut from the 8 published sec-*.jpg · trancepenta — 8 felt-tattered portrait panels (regenerated to match the album cover's felt-puppet aesthetic via the new cover-prompt.felt-portrait.template.txt + gen-illys-penta-felt.sh) canvas-loop.mjs gains a --breath flag so the breathing-zoom amplitude is tunable per track. YouTube uploads (all public on the AC channel, descriptions in each lane, thumbnails pre-compressed to fit YouTube's 2 MB cap): · marimbaba → https://youtu.be/byt_NnRhbs4 · helpabeach → https://youtu.be/maQ8GRZcS90 · trancepenta → https://youtu.be/Em_lvTYET7M marimbaba + helpabeach upload as 1080×1920 vertical (YouTube handles 9:16 natively; per-lane landscape renderers are still TBD). trancepenta YT visualizer rebuilt felt-to-felt: · gen-trancepenta-sections.mjs MEDIUM/JEFFREY/ZUCK/PIXSIES/AVOID rewritten from "candid photograph with felt-cozy texture" (which gpt-image-2 read as photoreal) to explicit felt-puppet language matching pop/dance/cover-prompt.txt — Aardman / Isle-of-Dogs craft, sharp focus only (per new no-blur memory), bearded felt jeffrey, felt mark with Harvard hoodie, LED-bead pixsies, TATTERED constant with frayed cuffs / cut-out holes / faded hoodie print · sequential job loop replaced with a concurrency-3 worker pool (17 panels: ~50 min → ~17 min) · preview-score-trancepenta-yt.mjs vignette layer removed — the "deeply darken everything except a tight pool" overlay was crushing the edges of the felt panels so the painted maritime mural + side shelves + edge pixsies were unreadable; the transmitted-backlight + leaded-contrast layers already shape the figures, so the vignette wasn't pulling weight · old photoreal panels + the photoreal mp4 are backed up under pop/dance/out/_yt-photoreal-backup/ in case of revert toolchain/youtube/yt.mjs gains a \`thumbnail <videoId> <image>\` subcommand for retro-fixing a thumbnail when the upload-time attempt fails (e.g. the source jpg was over the 2 MB cap, which broke marimbaba on the first upload).
