physmidi: body resonance for bowed strings (less hollow) + viola register fix master
The two-delay-line strings were in tune but sounded hollow (a bare tube) — they had only one output formant biquad. Route the bowed output through the same multi-mode body-resonance bank the plucked strings use: the air + main-wood + mid-wood modes of a real corpus (violin ~280/460/580, viola ~220/350/440, cello ~95/175/250, contrabass ~62/100/150, tremolo ~260/430/560). Parallel to the string on the OUTPUT only, so it adds woody thickness without touching pitch or loop stability. @jeffrey: 'the body is thicker now'. Also: Viola locked an octave+fifth high at MIDI 61/64 (bow register instability); nudged bow position 0.12→0.13 (matching Violin) + slope 3.0→3.1 → tracks cleanly across the range now.
