- New '^' prompt sigil (the bag's handle): ^reel opens a bag's listing. parse.mjs maps ^<name> -> bag piece (mirrors */+/! shortcodes). - bag.mjs: lists a bag's items with per-type chips (piece/kidlisp/painting/ tape); tap opens each at its type's address. Bare 'bag' = index of all bags. - bags.json: admin-curated manifest (@jeffrey only for now). Seeds the 'reel' bag with the 15 audiovisual reel pieces. Read-only/no auth surface yet; a user-facing bagging flow + DB/API can come later without changing the piece.
