Aesel 0.8.18: knows ac-deploy when @jeffrey is in the repo master

Aesel's own ac backend reads neither CLAUDE.md nor AGENTS.md, so a session there never heard of ac-deploy. The pro instructions now name it only when the handle is @jeffrey and the working directory holds slab/bin/ac-deploy; every other session, and every piece author, sees nothing new.
