Continue with Apple: live in the sign-in dialog master

Apple is now an Auth0 connection (apple) enabled for the aesthetic SPA: Services ID computer.aesthetic.signin under a new primary App ID computer.aesthetic.web (kept apart from the iOS app's App ID so its provisioning is untouched), domain hi.aesthetic.computer, return URL /login/callback, Sign in with Apple key WHMBNGXCUT in the vault.
