ants/mail-mcp: derive account list from ACCOUNTS map master

Adds a third gmail account and refactors mail_sync, mail_inbox, mail_count, and mail_send so account lists/queries are derived from the ACCOUNTS object instead of being hardcoded in five places. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
