ac-electron: publish-release strips checksum headers for DO Spaces; track icon-light.png master

lib-storage's Upload force-defaults ChecksumAlgorithm to CRC32 on CreateMultipartUpload, which Spaces 400s on. (The 0.1.47 publish failure was actually empty SPACES_KEY/SECRET — vault ac-electron/.env only has Apple signing creds and silo/.env doesn't exist on this host; creds came from vault .devcontainer/envs/devcontainer.env.
