lacma-2026 page: shutdown tail, inline submission images, readable hw caption master

Demo video now includes the ac-native shutdown animation at the end. Simulated in PIL (Python) to match the C code's draw_shutdown_anim() exactly — same pseudo-random phase cycle, same fade-square curve, same jitter/flicker, same YWFT Processing Bold for the bye @jeffrey title. When the ac-native thread rebuilds + captures the real strobe we swap the last 1.5s of the clip; until then this is the closest visual available for the page. Both cuts rebuilt with the shutdown tail: ac-native-demo.mp4 24s ambient loop (boot → notepat → bye) ac-native-demo-narrated.mp4 24s narrated (+ captioned) cut Narration retimed so every cue has enough slack that the next TTS segment doesn't step on the tail of the previous one. Added a final cue "[0:22] Power off - bye." that lands right as the strobe hits. Subtitle size stepped down FontSize 16 → 12, MarginV 28 → 22. Reads cleanly without dominating the frame at 1280×800. Masthead meta now has three distinct rows: Call — Unframed RFP post + lacma.org/art/lab/grants Submit — lacma.submittable.com (the actual form) Proposal — our PDF + GitHub repo Inline 5-image grid in § Application at a Glance so reviewers (and @jeffrey) can see exactly what's being uploaded to Submittable without hunting in a folder. Grid is responsive, each tile links to the full-size JPEG on the CDN, captions name the file + a one-line description. AC Blank caption under the video now uses the page's normal prose foreground color (sepia ink on parchment / cream on tobacco-dark) instead of dim-on-dim, so it's legible at all sizes. Also removed the extra mono-font styling that was making it feel like metadata.
