nom: short-window layout guard — HUD bands + board never overlap on squat viewports master
computeLayout reserved a fixed header (14+10*timerSize) and footer (12+captionBandH) band, and floored the cell at 18px. On a low viewport the two bands could eat >80% of the height, so the 5×5 board overflowed both — the timer, rule label, LEFT counter and caption all got overlapped by the board. Hit every nom edition (shared engine); reproduced at screen 305×136 (avail 20px, board 90px). Fix: if the bands would leave the board <45% of the height, shrink the timer AND caption glyphs themselves (not just their reserved bands) in lock-step until the board fits, and let the min cell shrink to fit between the bands. Roomy windows are byte-identical (guard only bites when squat). Verified against the extracted computeLayout across a size grid: 0 overlaps for word/number/note, all realistic sizes (was 240-280/1680).
