A Deploy submenu showing whether a repo's latest commit on each watched branch has finished deploying, read from Cloudflare 'Workers Builds' GitHub check-runs — deployed / building / failing per worker, per environment. bin/deploy-status(.mjs) is the poller (mirrors the asana bridge); the Swift menubar renders it (mirrors buildAsana). Watched repos and an optional GitHub PAT live in untracked ~/.config/slab/deploy-status.json — nothing repo-specific in tracked code. Per-repo via a targets array (one repo today, extensible).
