native: geo-aware boot greeting (cached city from last IP lookup) master

Replaces the hardcoded "enjoy Los Angeles!" TTS + subtitle with a dynamic city name read from /mnt/last-city.txt. The geo.mjs piece writes to the cache after a successful ip-api.com lookup, so subsequent boots greet with the actual city. First boot (no cache) falls back to "Los Angeles" — identical to pre-change behavior. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
