Give Wafer its own piece master

Wafer's work was hiding in its function blocks — the sheet only calls Bite, CircularBite, BiscuitEnlarge, BiscuitRender — so decode-sheet.mjs now names function blocks instead of walking past them. What that turned up: twelve bite positions 30° apart, visited in an AdvancedRandom permutation that reshuffles on every enlarge, so the rim is nibbled in a different order each generation. Each bite cuts three ellipses of random(.2r, .5r) at ±5° and ±4px. Thirteen bites, then the biscuit grows by 1.3 and starts over. The radius list is weighted, so 32 is four times as likely as 96. A bite erases — Construct switches to blend mode 7, cuts, switches back — so like Softy the biscuit is a layer that accumulates rather than a shape redrawn from the frame number. Peak 4.1ms, mean 0.3ms at the largest radius. The palette is a sprite and stays unrecovered; only the ±5 per-channel jitter around it is real, and the contract says so.
