the relay now offers the six open models aesel's openrouter bridge has (deepseek v4.1 flash is the default) and settles each request from the `usage.cost` OpenRouter reports, at INFERENCE_MARKUP × BRAINCELLS_PER_USD. no cost falls back to the model's fixed rate. the free allowance and the wallet count the same braincell; free is drawn first. guards: max_tokens up to 32,000 with a proportional hold, a 2,000,000 braincell daily cap on the wallet (429 says when it resets), settlement keyed by hold id so a repeat changes nothing, and one plain 402.
