Subject: [PATCH] wrangler: enable workers observability

/admin/ingest returns cloudflare error 1101 (uncaught exception) on 8-35%
of posts every hour and /admin/delete on a smaller share. the ingester
only sees the 1101 body and the worker has no log sink, so the actual
exception is invisible. workers logs is included in the paid plan and is
the only way to read the stack.
