The recurring class of TCP-fragmentation parser bugs (POST-with-body hang, mid-CRLF panic, etc.) is now precluded by design — the parser is a bounded-region line walker driven by a stdlib SIMD streaming state machine, with 8 new test groups exercising every byte-split arrival pattern and every named-error path. Both zat and zlay now resolve to websocket v0.1.1 via the same tag, avoiding the multi-module-instance conflict that surfaces when the two pins diverge. Tag URLs are used for both new pins so the source of each dep version is self-documenting in build.zig.zon. Two new error variants surface from Handshake.parse: error.WhitespaceBeforeColon — RFC 7230 §3.2 (smuggling defense) error.AmbiguousBodyLength — RFC 7230 §3.3 (smuggling defense) zlay's request handlers don't switch on Handshake.parse errors directly, so no zlay code changes are needed; both fall through to the websocket fork's respondToHandshakeError 400 path.
