Subject: [PATCH] deps: bump zio to the naked x86_64 context switch

zio 24341fe makes the fiber switch a naked function on x86_64, which takes
its ReleaseSafe suite from 13/16 to 16/16 on real x86_64 hardware -- the
crash zlay hit immediately after 'pulling hosts' on the zio backend.
