This is the list of features planned for the next installment of
[The Lacuna Expanse](/wiki/the-lacuna-expanse/). It's called _Enemy Within:_

- Insurrection - Take control of someone else's planet by getting their
  [happiness](/wiki/happiness/) negative and then running the insurrection mission.
- Zone Missions - A mission announcement will go out over Network 19 and the first player to
  complete it will get a reward. Some missions will be alliance related, and some will be individual
  players. Some will be for simple things like sending [probe](/wiki/probe/)s or
  [scanner](/wiki/scanner/)s somewhere, others will be for more complicated things like running some
  spy missions on a hidden planet that you must first discover.
- Tributes - Pay tributes to people. It allows moderated pushing of [resources](/wiki/resources/)
  between empires.
- Alliance Stash - A mechanism for storing and transferring [resources](/wiki/resources/) within
  your alliance.
- Terraforming - The ability to settle planets outside your species' habitable zone.
- Gas Giant Settlement - The ability to settle gas giants.
- [Space Station](/wiki/space-station/)s - A huge expansion to the game that allows you to form
  governments and enact laws that the players of your jurisdiction must follow. This is where the
  cold war really heats up.
- [Genetics Lab](/wiki/genetics-lab/) - Steal [species affinities](/wiki/species-affinities/) from
  other players by capturing their [spies](/wiki/spies/) and experimenting on them.
- A whole slew of new glyph [buildings](/wiki/buildings/).
- Mercenaries Guild - Set up contracts to hire [spies](/wiki/spies/) from other players or to offer
  your spy's services to other players.
- Spy Training Facilities - [Buildings](/wiki/buildings/) that will allow you to train the four
  different skills of a spy.
- Bookmark various locations in the UI.
- Vacation mode to pause your account while you're away.
- Twitter integration.
- Better Facebook integration.
- Biodome foods - Tier 2 food [buildings](/wiki/buildings/) (like
  [Luxury Housing](/wiki/luxury-housing/) and the
  [Singularity Energy Plant](/wiki/singularity-energy-plant/), but for food).
- Molecular Drill - Tier 2 ore building to compliment [Mining Ministry](/wiki/mining-ministry/)
  (like [Luxury Housing](/wiki/luxury-housing/) and the
  [Singularity Energy Plant](/wiki/singularity-energy-plant/), but for ore).
- Atmospheric Condensors - Tier 2 water building (like [Luxury Housing](/wiki/luxury-housing/) and
  the [Singularity Energy Plant](/wiki/singularity-energy-plant/), but for food).
- Theme [Park](/wiki/park/)s - Tier 2 [happiness](/wiki/happiness/) building to compliment
  [Luxury Housing](/wiki/luxury-housing/).
