# Dory

A Dory is a small fast version of a [Cargo Ship](/wiki/cargo-ship/). It can be built at the
[Shipyard](/wiki/shipyard/) after you build a [Trade Ministry](/wiki/trade-ministry/).

You can use a Dory to push goods between your colonies, haul ore and water back from asteroids being
mined by your [Mining Platform](/wiki/mining-platform/)s, or to trade with other players.

Shipping goods between colonies is called 'Pushing'. You can initiate a push by going to the the
[Trade Ministry](/wiki/trade-ministry/) and clicking on the 'Push' tab.
