Selfhelp-guide for if something went wrong.

I can't build a building:

• Do you have positive plot count? (-1 means you are in a place your species can't live in, you need terra and/or GG platforms to get it positive again. 0 means you can't build another building that requires a plot)
• Have you met the requirments (other buildings (with the right level's ?)) of the building ?
• Do you have the resources for the building (production and stored resources) ?
• Is there still space in the build-queue ?

I can't upgrade a building:

• Glyph buildings need the amount of halls eqal to the level you want to build them to.
• Do you have the right UNI level to level the building up ?
• Do you have the resources for the building (production and stored resources) ?
• Do you have the right level of your Stockpile (if it is a resource building and it is on your Capitol planet.)
• Is there still space in the build-queue ?

I can't build a plan:

• Do you have positive plot count (not needed for glyph buildings) ?
• Do you have the right plan ? (a level 5 plan wont build a level 5 building, it upgrades a level 4 to a level 5)
• Is your production positive ?
• Is there still space in the build-queue ?

I can't build a ship:

• Have you met the requirements (buildings (with the right level's ?)) of the ship?
• Do you have the resources for the ship ?
• Do you have space in your space port for another ship ?
• Is there still space in the build-queue of your shipyard ?

My ship is shot down:

• A planet in that star system has a SAW. A SAW will shoot down any non-allied ships that have a combat rating which are sent to any planet in the system. Note: If you had sent to an inhabitted planet, it might also have defence ships (sweepers, fighters, drones) as well as at least one SAW.
• Send attack ships (sweepers) as escorts to get rid on the SAW defence, or go for another planet at another star. (If you decide to kill the SAW's by sending more fleets you can expect the player that owns them not to like you that much afterwards.)

I have negative happiness:

• Is your production negative as well ?
• Have you build up Security Ministry recently ?
• Do you have a waste-chain that ran out of waste ?
• Do you have a lot of pollution?
• Are you producing less than three different food types?
• Are you hit by a scow (or scow_fast, Scow_large, scow_mega) ?
• There may be spies on your colony !!
• Did you got hit by a BHG side effect ?
• Are there cult of the fissure spies on your planet ? They hate people!! Kill them with fire!!

I have damage on my planet:

• Did you run out of a resource ? (see pcc for the list of resources.)
• Did you run out of waste ?
• Are you hit by a ship/fleet from another player ?
• Did you got hit by a BHG side effect ? (or a Fissure exposion ?)
• There may be spies on your colony !!
