Gets a spy to come home via a spy pod. The spy can not be caught, but may be seen leaving.

Either the spy builds it, steals it, or bribes someone they get a spy pod (none needs to be available on the planet) and heads to their home planet.

Enemy planets may notice the launch, and might track the pod to it's destination. Depends on the spy's offense and intel xp versus the defender's defense and intel xp.
