Subject: [PATCH] web: frontend-redirect at:// video links to
 /<did>/video/<rkey>

resolveAtUriNavigation handled authority + livestream at:// URIs but
let place.stream.video fall through to the home 'not found' branch.
Map it to the VodPlayerDemo route so react-navigation rewrites the
URL to the canonical /<did>/video/<rkey> VOD path.
