Subject: [PATCH] chore: Remove Netlify configuration file from website

- Delete netlify.toml configuration file
- Remove Netlify-specific build and deployment settings
- Remove redirect rules for single-page application routing
- Remove security headers configuration (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, etc.)
- Remove cache control headers for static assets and compiled files
- Align with AWS CodeBuild deployment approach
