Subject: [PATCH 1/2] chore: Add AWS CodeBuild configuration for website
 deployment

- Add buildspec.yaml for automated CI/CD pipeline
- Configure Node.js 24 runtime and npm dependencies installation
- Define build phase to compile website assets
- Add post-build commands to sync artifacts to S3 and invalidate CloudFront distribution
- Configure build artifact output and node_modules caching for faster builds

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] chore: Update AWS CodeBuild configuration for website
 deployment

- Add directory change command to navigate to website folder before npm install
- Ensure build process executes from correct working directory
- Fix potential build failures due to incorrect working directory context
