Subject: [PATCH] [pi] Gate gufo thinking levels to the four it does not
 collapse

Qwen's template carries three native efforts, and gufo folds the seven
neutral levels onto them: minimal with low, and high, xhigh, and max
together. Those aliases render byte-identical prompts, so the picker was
offering seven settings where only four differ. Mark the collapsed three
null, matching the llama provider.
