Subject: [PATCH] pi: -mcp-adapter, +umans provider

Umans so the debian bootstrap script will work with the presetup of
umans as a provider. Dropping MCP because I don't always use MCP and it
fails to install by default with npm 12 due to a remote dependency in
the extension.
