- dry-run
- take a snapshot of the repo before doing any changes
- create graph of bookmarks from Log
- push bookmark
- take a snapshot of the repo after changes
- gh: create pr
  - gh: set title to bookmark name
  - gh: set base
- show resulting stack, with clickable links (if supported, of not, just print the URLs)
- gh: create stack comment with metadata in html comment
submit should sync with remote
- check which bookmarks have a merged remote, abandon and rebase as necessary
