Noto Sans and Noto Serif (Latin-Greek-Cyrillic builds), from the Noto Fonts project, hinted TTFs fetched from https://github.com/notofonts/notofonts.github.io/raw/main/fonts/<family>/hinted/ttf/ (Noto LGC v2.x, copyright 2022 The Noto Project Authors).

These match the reMarkable's own typed-text fonts (the firmware 3.x font picker offers EB Garamond, Noto Sans, Noto Mono, and Noto Serif). They are embedded into exported PDFs only when the text contains characters that the standard base-14 PDF fonts (WinAnsi encoding) cannot represent.
