Creates a `session_backlight_device` object for the device identified by subsystem and name. The subsystem must be `backlight` or `leds`. Interface for changing the brightness of one device selected by the subsystem and name passed to `get_device`. A client may only perform an operation while it owns an active local session. The result of each operation is reported with done or error. Sets brightness for this device in /sys/class/backlight or /sys/class/leds.
