Subject: [PATCH] Fix Uint8Array type error breaking Docker build

TypeScript 5.7+ makes Uint8Array generic over its buffer type.
Pass .buffer as ArrayBuffer to pushManager.subscribe() to fix
the type incompatibility with BufferSource.
