//! - [`mod@dir`] — where that directory is (`$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/atgc` when that
//!   variable is set to an absolute path), the 0700 it is kept at, and the
//!   atomic replace every write to a file in it goes through.
//! - [`mod@lock`] — one advisory lock over the whole directory, held across
//!   read-modify-write and across the network round trip a token refresh
//!   makes. Several atgc processes sharing a `$HOME` is routine.
//! - [`mod@account`] — the account registry, and which account a command acts
//!   as.

//! This folder does not own every file in that directory. `sessions.json` is
//! jacquard's format; atgc does not own it, so its accessors stay with the
//! OAuth client and reach the directory through [`dir::config_dir`].
