tgl 0.4.0

- Install from npm: npm install -g tangled-cli (the command is still tgl). - pr merge: Tangled's server merges the PR, like the website's button, then marks it merged and closes the issues it fixes. --dry-run only checks for conflicts. - repo create: a new, empty repo on Tangled; --remote also adds it as a git remote. - issue label and pr label: add or remove labels, including assignees; view shows them. - label list, create and delete: the repo's own labels (simple, fixed choices, person, number or yes/no). Only the repo's owner can create or delete them. - issue stale: labels open issues with no recent activity and unlabels them when they get activity again. It can run every day from a scheduled pipeline. - In CI pipelines, log in with TGL_ACCOUNT and TGL_APP_PASSWORD (a pipeline secret). - repo view --web opens the repo in your browser. - The tests run on every PR, on Tangled and on GitHub (Linux, Windows and macOS). - Contribution guidelines in English and Spanish.

- Close issues from a PR: write Fixes, Closes or Resolves before an issue number (or link) in the PR, or in a comment on it by you or the repo's owner; marking the PR as merged closes those issues with a comment linking back to it, in the issue's language. --keep-issues skips it. Tangled doesn't do this on its own yet. - Those issue numbers become links in the PR, and the closing comment links to the PR. - pr update: after new commits, send the branch again as a new revision. - pr edit and issue edit: change a title or description. - pr create and pr update stop if the branch has commits not pushed to Tangled. - PR commands use the open PR of the branch you're on when you don't name one. - Name issues and PRs by the number the website shows (12 or #12). - --web opens a list, issue or PR in your browser. - Shorter README in English and Spanish, with the full command reference in docs/.

- Issues: create, list, view, comment on, close and reopen them. - Releases: attach files (e.g. a signed build) to a version tag, and list them. - PRs: the list now includes everyone's PRs, forks too. New: view (description, changed files, comments), checkout (try a PR's changes in a local branch), comment and reopen. - Repos: view a repo's owner, branches and addresses; change its default branch. - PRs go to the repo's default branch (main, master…) instead of assuming master. - Faster lists: the 30 newest by default (--limit to change it), --json for scripts. - English or Spanish, following your system (TGL_LANG=en|es to choose). - The app password is kept in the system's secret store on Windows, macOS and Linux. - MIT license. README in English and Spanish.
