Lately, we have had more and more failed builds due to corrupted JS archives. For example:

These archives are downloaded from registry.yarnpkg.com and not from NPM directly. We suspect the YarnPKG repository is bugged.

By switching to NPM, we hope that it will decrease the number of such issues.
