+- PR status now refreshes automatically when a repository's git remotes change — adding, removing, or updating a remote URL no longer requires a restart to see updated PR badges.
+- PR refresh now works correctly in fork setups with multiple remotes (e.g. `origin` + `upstream`). Prowl queries all GitHub-connected remotes and resolves PR actions against the repo that owns the PR.
