jacquard-identity: hickory resolver is not configured with nameservers #3mvnvjuxc4z22

i think this is a regression in 0.12.2, since hickory was updated to 0.26, and 0.26 doesnt seem to provide default nameservers anymore? jacquard should prolly expose features for using system dns and such or let the nameservers be configured or pass a hickory resolver
