Subject: [PATCH] Run devenv hook after wt switches

* Selecting a worktree with wt changes directories inside the current fish command, before the prompt-time devenv hook gets another chance to run. That left the target worktree outside its devenv shell until a later prompt cycle.\n\n* Calling the sourced hook after the directory change keeps normal prompt behavior intact while letting wt enter the selected worktree's devenv shell immediately when the hook is available.
