Subject: [PATCH] Match Chrome window corner radius

* Chrome does not inherit the global macOS corner radius override, leaving
  its windows visually inconsistent with the rest of the desktop.

* Set the same app-specific radius so Chrome follows the configured Tahoe
  override after home-manager applies preferences and Chrome restarts.
