Subject: [PATCH] Adapt fzf colors to terminal theme

* Use terminal foreground and background colors for fzf's main
  surfaces so light and dark themes stay readable.

* Keep accent colors on the ANSI palette so highlights continue to
  follow the active terminal theme instead of a fixed dark palette.
