* Update vite-plus toolchain to v4.1.11

* Pin vitest family back to 4.1.10

vitest/@vitest/browser-playwright/@vitest/coverage-v8/@vitest/ui 4.1.11
breaks synchronous locator matchers in browser mode (expect(locator).toBeChecked(),
.toHaveValue(), etc. fail with mangled matcher names and unresolved locators).
Not documented in the 4.1.11 release notes and not yet reported upstream.
Keep the rest of the vite-plus toolchain bump; re-attempt the vitest bump once
a fixed patch ships.
