README.md

Example site #

A minimal site built on AlchemyPub as a dependency. It consists of content (priv/pages, priv/static), configuration (config/) and the asset entries (assets/) that assemble the platform's CSS and JS modules with the site's theme.

mix setup
mix phx.server # http://localhost:4002

The analytics database (tracker.db) is created and migrated automatically when the site starts.

assets/vendor/alchemy_pub is a symlink to the platform's assets directory. In a real site it points at ../../deps/alchemy_pub/assets; here it points at the repository root, and the three ../../lib paths in config/ and assets/css/app.css likewise become deps/alchemy_pub/lib. The CSS and JS entries import the platform through the symlink, which keeps all paths inside the asset root where the dev server can serve them.

When you copy this example, replace the path: dependency in mix.exs with a tagged git dependency; the Dockerfile then works as is.
