Subject: [PATCH] flake: Disable tangled input and module bodies

tangled.org has been having intermittent outages that break flake eval for
every host that pulls inputs.tangled. Comment out the input in flake.nix
and the corresponding imports and config bodies in modules/nixos/knot.nix
and modules/nixos/spindle.nix, plus the host-level toggles in
hosts/lethe/configuration.nix. The disables are paired so they can be
re-enabled together when the upstream is reliable again.
