Subject: [PATCH] fix(ci): use DEPLOY_PAT in fix-lockfile workflow (#170)

Commits pushed with the default GITHUB_TOKEN don't trigger other
workflows (GitHub's anti-recursion guard). Switch to DEPLOY_PAT so
the lockfile fix commit triggers CI.
