Subject: [PATCH 1/2] RSS: add Feed URL source setting

The RSS card's Source settings field was missing, so there was no way to
enter a feed URL even though the card definition already declared a
source config. This renders the shared SourceSettings component in the
RSS settings panel, wiring up the Feed URL input, its placeholder, and
normalization/validation.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] RSS: refetch feed when the URL changes

The card read `item.cardData.href` only once inside `onMount`, so setting
the feed URL from Source settings after the card was already mounted left
`feedUrl` stuck at `''` and showed "Add an RSS feed URL" forever. Replacing
the one-shot mount fetch with a reactive `$effect` makes the card load the
feed as soon as the URL changes, which also keeps the edit previewer in
sync.
