Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Fix editorial-language inconsistencies in nav, footer,
 and copy buttons

- Mobile nav dropdown lost the primary accent on hover/active that the
  desktop nav already shows; align it with the same primary-tinted
  treatment used by other editorial rows.
- Footer's Bluesky/Eurosky/source links were missing target="_blank" and
  rel="noopener", unlike every other external link on the site.
- Copy-to-clipboard buttons on /about and /support didn't announce their
  "Copied" state change, unlike ShareButtons; add aria-live="polite" to
  match.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Make BaseModal a true native modal dialog

Setting the open attribute on <dialog> renders it in non-modal mode:
no focus trap, no inert background, and no cancel event on Escape,
so keyboard users could tab out of the sabbat/verification/backlink
modals and Escape did nothing. Call showModal()/close() instead so
the dialog gets native modal behaviour, matching the keyboard/focus
expectations the rest of the site already meets.
