I want `ocelot` to be a community package. #

Star clusters are some of the most useful objects in astronomy.

It makes sense to have an open source library of Python tools to work with them!

If you like that philosophy, then this project is always open to contributions. Got a feature you'd like to see added? Open up a GitHub issue and we'll think about how we can do it!
